About the Bar Supervisor role;
- Supporting the Bar Manager to ensure the smooth running of our busy all-inclusive bar operation
- The ability to lead, coach, supervise, and motivate the bars team on a day-to-day basis to support the delivery of our exceptional service standards
- Promote a culture of efficiency and dedication within the team, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
- Ensuring team members are trained to BIIAB standards as well as our own policies and procedures
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to react quickly and efficiently in dealing with the daily needs and challenges on the Bars operation
- To have exceptional standards with relation to customer service, teamwork, health & safety, and team happiness and wellbeing
- A willingness to learn and receive training to undertake Duty Manager shifts (in the near future)
About you:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar Bar Supervisory role would be advantageous
- Experience of leading, coaching and motivating a team is essential
- Guest focussed with a friendly, personable approach
- Standards driven, with a focus on delivering a 5 Star standard of service at all times
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Great communication skills
Hours of work:
- Full-time position, based on 45 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7
- Bar opening times: 9am – 2am
- Shifts include; days, evenings, and lates
- All straight shifts, around the needs of the business
