We are looking for two Bar Supervisors …. Have you got what it takes join our Bars Management Team?
About the role:
As one of our Bars Supervisors you will be reporting to the Bars Manager, supporting the smooth running of the busy Bar operation.
We operate 5 Bars across the Resort, in addition to 2 outdoor Bar locations that we run during the summertime. With the Bars opening from 9 a.m. through to 2 a.m. and with our Guests enjoying our new ‘All Inclusive’ experience, we are looking for someone who has the ability to work under pressure, yet remain calm and professional whilst maintaining the highest standards of service to create a memorable experience for our Guests.
In addition to the above, a key responsibility of this role will be to provide support to the Resort undertaking the role of Duty Manager. As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for dealing with and actioning any Guest complaints, queries and concerns to taking the lead in any emergency situations.
About You - Key skills and experience:
These are full time positions, working circa 44 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. Due to the nature of the operation, the hours of work will vary and will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays on a rota basis around the needs of the business. Although we require a flexible and adaptable approach towards the shift patterns, we also strongly encourage and support a healthy work life balance.
