About the Housekeeping Team Leader role;
- To ensure that all guest accommodation is well maintained and presented to the highest standard which continually exceeds our guests’ expectations
- Assisting the Housekeeping Supervisor with the allocation of duties, including the completion of timesheets and rotas
- The ability to lead by example and motivate the team daily to support the delivery of our exceptional service standards
- Ensure the housekeeping team have received the correct COSHH and Health & Safety training and are adhering to the correct procedures
- To have the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role, supporting the team where needed with servicing and changing round rooms
- Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
- To work efficiently and to keep within time frames and deadlines set

Skills and experience;
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping role preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- Experience of leading a team advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving skills with the ability to react quickly and efficiently in dealing with the daily needs and challenges of the Housekeeping Operation.
- Excellent team player, willing to support the team wherever needed
- A track record of being pro-active and organised towards any tasks required
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities

Hours of work:
- Full Time – hours of work between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- 5 days out of 7
- This role will include weekends on a rota basis
