JOB TITLE: Junior Sous Chef
REPORTING TO: Sous Chef / Head Chef
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Kitchen
Potters Resorts Five Lakes, is a 320 acre family owned Resort with 2 golf courses, a well regarded Spa and located within the beautiful Essex countryside near Maldon.
As a valued member of our Resort Kitchen team, you are integral to providing the highest standards of service to our guests, whilst they relax and enjoy our Resort dining experience.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef, looking to take on their next challenge. This is a great opportunity to join our fast paced, standards driven, catering operation, supporting our Head Chef in managing, supporting and developing our brigade. Straight Shift patterns - include Early 6am to 3pm / Middle 3pm to 11pm / Late shifts 11am to 7pm
