SECURITY OFFICER (Night Work) ~ POTTERS RESORTS
This role is based at Hopton-on-Sea, NORFOLK

About the Security role;
- Carrying out regular foot patrols of the resort, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, team and guests
- Being the first point of contact for our team / guests and dealing with emergency situations promptly and efficiently, from confrontation, suspicious activity, to first aid situations
- Welcoming Guests to the Atlas Theatre, and checking Resort passes
- Providing amazing customer service to all of our guests
- Having a strong Resort knowledge
About you;
- For this role, you must have a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Proven experience of working within a similar role
- The ability to confidently deal with and diffuse any challenging situations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with our guests
- A full clean Driving Licence would be desirable
- First Aid at Work Certificate (desirable but not essential as training will be given)
- Computer literate
You will take personal pride in;

- Ensuring that the guests, team and Resort are safe and secure at all times
- Having a strong Resort knowledge
- Ensuring that you attend all relevant training sessions so that you can work to the best of your ability
- Promoting teamwork by establishing strong working relationships with those around you, by treating your colleagues with respect
Hours of work:
- Full-time, based on 40 hours per week
- Working 4 /5 nights per week
- Shifts patterns will range between the hours of 6pm – 8am
