About the role of Trainee Manager;
The Trainee Manager role involves working within our key operational departments, giving you a ‘hands-on’ insight into all aspects of the day-to-day operation within these busy teams.
Initially supporting at team member level to gain in-depth operational knowledge, which will then lead onto the exposure to the supervisory and management aspects within each department.
You will be supported by a Mentor of the program, who will support your career aspirations through a structured development plan over an 18-month period to help you reach your full potential as a Trainee Manager, with the aim of fast tracking you into a Supervisory position and beyond!
Departments will include:
Restaurant, Kitchen, Reception, Bars, Housekeeping, and Retail
